Operations & Project Manager

What you would do

We’re looking for an Operations & Project Manager to join our Ops team and drive cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of infrastructure, compliance, and client engagement.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our compliance management processes, managing projects with strategic partners, and contributing to the overall maturity of our operational backbone. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, a tech-savvy mindset, and an ability to bridge external and internal stakeholders.

What you would do:

Information Security & Compliance Management
Operate our Information Security Management System (ISMS), drive improvement cycles, and oversee audits and compliance.
Strategic Client & Partner Coordination
Act as key account interface for institutional partners, ensuring smooth operations, coordination of technical workstreams, and effective communication across teams.
Project Management
Steer the monitoring and execution of internal and external multi-team initiatives.
Ops Support
Jump in where needed to support day-to-day operational execution -including tooling, onboarding, contract tracking, and process optimization.

What we are looking for

5+ years of profound experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
Solid background or strong interest in crypto/web3, infrastructure, or tech-heavy environments, willingness to dive into technical contexts
Strategic and analytical thinking and ability to build, operate and improve management processes
Strong interpersonal skills, confident in communication, fluent in coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
Full working proficiency in English and German
